Unit Head	Sharon Gotkiewicz	Ms. Gotkiewicz supervises the daily operations of the Interlibrary Loan office.
Borrowing Supervisor	Gilbert Borrego	This position supervises interlibrary borrowing. During fiscal 2007-2008, we obtained from other libraries nearly 22,000 photocopies and books for Virginia Tech students, faculty, and staff. About 5,400 of these borrowed items were delivered to ILLiad customers on the Extended Campus.
Lending Supervisor	Vicki Cox	Ms. Cox supervises interlibrary lending. The Lending Unit provides photocopies and book loans to other libraries throughout the Commonwealth and around the world. During fiscal 2007-2008, these libraries sent us nearly 34,000 requests for photocopies and loans.
Staff Member	Janet Bland	Ms. Bland staffs the customer service desk in the Interlibrary Loan office.
Staff Member	Nancy Weaver	Ms. Weaver is primarily responsible for identifying and finding sources from which to borrow obscure or otherwise difficult to obtain items.
Document Delivery Supervisor	Michele Canterbury	Ms.Canterbury is responsible for delivery of Virginia Tech library materials to the extended campus, and she works in direct support of VIVA (Virtual Library of Virginia) member libraries. During fiscal 2007-2008, we delivered more than 7,200 books and photocopies from the University Libraries' collections to our extended campus customers.
Department Head	Harry M. Kriz	Dr. Kriz is responsible for creating the conditions that enable the Interlibrary Loan Department to fulfill its functions efficiently and effectively.
